Awesome game. Works well on my iPad and iPhone 4S.

Really awesome port of the boardgame onto a digital format. Very much enjoy this. The few memory issues I can live with for now, not perfect but I can handle it. Tried only on my iPad as I think my iPhone would have too small of a screen for me.

Terrific game. Ive been playing it on my Ipad 2 and it works fine.

The game is a great port of an excellent game and I’m sure I’ll come back if the DLC extend Skullport. My 4S and iPad2 haven’t had the memory issues others seem plagued by, and I get past the need to scroll by zooming out all the way. After a couple of games, I don’t need to read the fine print. My chief problem is with power consumption. On both of my devices (running 7.0.4), a single game will kill 20-25% of my battery. This will not be a game I play on an airplane or if I know I’m going to need to rely on my devices later in the day before I can hustle them back to a charging station.

Runs great on my 5s. The people with problems must have some other app running thats conflicting because this game runs beautifully. Its actually an ok game too. Its fun and all. Why am I giving it one star less? Its not at all forgotten realmsy. Well sure its got pictures and the like but you could substitute everything for a totally different theme and it wouldnt affect gameplay. I really expected stats some kind of rpg element lol. If this is a board game somewhere obviously I dont know that but hey! Its what I thought

Ill review it when I can make an online account. Right now the keyboar blocks part of the form, and the create account page doesnt scroll.

Just a quick rebuttal to the one star reviews: I have had zero issues with my iPhone 4S. Anyway, I loved the game before, and I love it even more now. The more I play it, the more nuances I am seeing in the game. This is why board games belong on iOS! Update: I still love this game. I cant wait for the expansion!!

Play this almost every day with my wife. We love the graphics and gameplay design. A must own.

This is a near perfect implementation of the board game. Cant wait for the scoundrels of skullport expansion (crosses fingers). The computer players are skillful and a challenge without feeling like they cheat, and is very playable on a iPad and iPhone Worth every penny!

The major problem (AI) was fix, awesome game

Good job on creating this game. Enjoy playing it very much - off-line and on-line. It is well thought out.

Unfortunately theres a bug where resources you received from opponents using your buildings sometimes dont register as useable from your tavern. Its already happened in the last 2 games Ive played. Good game, but I cant give it 5 stars until they fix it.

A very faithful implementation of an excellent game. The AI and the asynch multiplayer are both nicely implemented. A little sparse on graphical flourishes and sound, but this is high quality. Very much hope to see the expansion available through an in-app purchase at some point.

Its flashy and shiny, but the game is so "fair" that it will always be a close finish and it doesnt really matter at all what you do for 90% of it. Winning and losing is almost entirely up to the luck of the draw.

I find this app to be pretty amazing. The graphics are flawless and the subtle animations of birds flying and the map shifting as you zoom in and out are really impressive. The gameplay is flawless as well. To some ones comments about the game being close in score and 90% doesnt matter. Thats untrue. There are just a lot of ways to add to your final score at the end of your game. Once you learn the ins and outs you will understand and it just becomes a part of the strategy. A must buy!

Cant wait until the expansion. Delightful game. Faithful reproduction of the real game.

Bought the board version in summer 2013 and was thrilled when I discovered it in the App Store as well. Its about as close to the board game as you can get! Well worth the money spent...cant wait to see if the other board games will be coming to iPad as well!

Enjoy this immensely! We play the board game and its iOS counterpart constantly in our house. My only "beef" is the AI. Its a little too smart at Easy and not nearly smart enough at Hard. Im not saying Easy is more difficult than Hard, just that the AI starts off too difficult and ends too simple. There needs to be a better difficulty curve. Other than that, this is a great game and absolutely worth the investment. iOS Game of the Year in my books!

Im very disappointed with this app. I know I should have read the description more carefully but I was expecting something more like the original D&D we played in the 70s and 80s. I dont like this board game thing at all. Im sorry but this is just not fun.
